Process: fully washed – dried on raised beds

Processing details: Coffee cherries are harvested every 3 weeks and left in a wooden bin for 24 hours. The fermented coffee is pulped with that day's picking, which has been previously soaked. Cherries are then left to dry ferment in majolica tanks for a further 28 hours. After washing, the cherries are left to drain for 1 hour and then taken to a dryer for 18 - 25 days.

If your order doesn't meet the minimum threshold for free shipping we charge flat rate of $15 to ship anywhere in Canada or the US.

We recommend trying to hit our shipping minimums to avoid this cost ($60 in Canada and the US).

We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take up to 3-5 business days, but is often faster, depending on where you are in the county. For American orders shipping can take between 7-14 business days.

In Canada we typically ship using Canada Post expedited parcel, while in the US we use UPS standard parcel.
